libMAD

Description
MAD is a high-quality MPEG audio decoder. It currently supports MPEG-1 and the MPEG-2 extension to lower sampling frequencies, as well as the de facto MPEG 2.5 format. All three audio layers: Layer I, Layer II, and Layer III (i.e. MP3), are fully implemented.
MAD stands for MPEG Audio Decoder. This library provides scummvm the ability to play digitized sound in games, usually coded in the MPEG1 Layer 3 (aka mp3) format.

Details
Porting libmad was a trivial task. Simply a installed toolchain for arm crosscompiling and a command like:
NM=arm-linux-nm LD=arm-linux-ld CC=arm-linux-gcc CXX=arm-linux-g++ RANLIB=arm-linux-ranlib AR=arm-linux-ar ./configure --prefix=/opt/Qtopia --host=arm-linux
was enought.
